Do you meet all other requirements: Im lvl 15 Collectors Guardian, I have all three weapons in Crafting menu - rockin the Vorah dagger right now. And I religiously play every day since I found this game on the 17th of November 2016 (SWU was shut down on that day : (( ) Also I am currently on a personal quest to Craft every single item in game - only the Dungeons items left ; )
